Gu'Tanoth

The city of Gu'Tanoth is inhabited by a race of rather large, clumsy, and unintelligent Ogres. To enter you must first have started the Watch Tower Quest and completed the Ogre Relic. Ogres are, in general, not too fond of people and some will attack you, so be sure to bring the necessary equipment to defend yourself.

The Marketplace

Once inside you can visit the marketplace, which has several stores for your shopping pleasure.

Rock Cakes

There is also a Rock Cake Stall. The Ogre owning it will not let you buy any rock cakes from his shop, but a person with 15 Thieving can manage to steal one. Rock Cakes actually hurt you if eaten and are only used during the Watch Tower Quest.

The Upper Level

The upper level of the city is a series of rocky pillars connected by ladders. Up here you will find rowdy ogres, a bone respawn, and some Ogre Chieftains.

The Ogre Enclave

To get into the Enclave, either use a Nightshade on the guard (found in some of the Skavid Caves) or just talk to the guard and sneak by while he's thinking. Many creatures call the cavernous Ogre Enclave home. From Blue Dragons to Greater Demons, this place provides excellent spots to range or halberd these monsters.

In the center of the enclave there is the Rock of Dalgroth, which can be mined during the Watch Tower Quest for the fourth crystal. The Ogre Shamans are invulnerable to all attacks and can only be killed during the quest.

The Skavid Caves

The Skavids are are a cave-dwelling race that are enslaved by the Ogres to do their work. To enter their caves you must have a Skavid Map (obtained during the Watch Tower Quest) and a source of light such as a Lit Candle, Lantern, etc.
