 The city of Nardah is located southeast of Pollnivneach, and the easiest way to get there would be to take a Magic Carpet ride. You can take the carpet from the Shantay Pass to North Pollnivneach, and then the carpet from South Pollnivneach to Nardah. There is also a new route that has opened up from the Shantay Pass directly to the city.  There are quite a few interesting people and places here in Nardah. (1) Rug Merchant He will take you to Pollnivneach for 200gp.
(3) Statue
(4) The Mayor Here you'll find Awusah the Mayor, who you can speak to and start the Spirits of the Elid Quest.
(5) Guards Tarik, Poltenip and Radat are all level 21, and you can fight them.
(7) Zahur This is Zahur, and she will clean all of your herbs for you.
(8) Fountain Once you have finished the Spirits of the Elid Quest, this fountain will give you water.  (9) Ali the Carter He will sell you water for 1,000gp each.
(11) Pot Oven Use this to cook stuff on. There is also one to the north of the city.  (12) Shoes
(13) Bank As all banks, you can deposit and withdraw your items from here.  There are several shops here in Nardah, including an Armory, General Store and a Chocolate seller. (2) Armory & Anvil
This shop is owned by Seddu and there are various armors available to buy and sell.
(6) General Store
This store is owned by Kazemde and sells the usual items that an adventurer may need.
(10) Rokuh's Shop
Here you can buy Chocolate and Choc Ices. You can buy some Chocolate (14) Artimeus Artimeus is Nardah's local Hunter. He will sell you all the hunting equipment you need.
He sells a number of helpful Hunting supplies.

These
are the quest items used in the Spirits of the Elid Quest, which you can
start by talking to the Mayor. You'll find the torn robes and an Ancestral Key
here, as well as a Statue which you can pray at after completing the quest. The
statue gives a +7 health bonus when you pray at it, but you can't do this multiple
times for a greater effect. 
These shoes are another quest item from the Spirits of the Elid Quest. You can wear them.
for 10gp, or a Choc Ice
for 30gp.
