Updates Plox?

Well sorry again for not posting too much! I will make a full blog post tommorow so check back for that and what this quick and short is about is the twitter hint that jagex released earlier which I want to look into quickly.
So the hint is: "Three Strykes and they’re out!"
I mentioned this too canting not long after it was posted and I at first thought it was something to do with the ban system, being you get a 3 chance system or something. Then it was mentioned that it could be something to do with baseball, but I think that is highly unlikely.
The 2 suggestions which seem most likely are:
-Fairy tale part III: It's has been awhile since part 2 and three strikes would represent the III on the end, which seems to make sense.
-Courtroom update: I saw this on armmadylo's blog, which is basically something to do with the three strike law in america, which is very good idea!

I'm hoping the update will be tommorow so I have enough time to enjoy it, but I have school and an after school thing si it'll have to wait.
