Auckland/Wellington (GMT +12) (Next Day) I've noticed this for quite some time now, but i wanted to check up on it before i said anything. Due to daylight savings atm, Australia is GMT +11. (the quote above have been changed, plz change it accordingly Dark Light). I've also put a lot of thought into the following timezone conversions . As u know i have a lot of friends from this forum which are from different countries. When i do my leveling shots i try and not to make anyone feel left out and i've found that these are the best times: Queen Missy's Best Times For Events: 6:00 P.M. USA/Canada Pacific (GMT -8) 7:00 P.M. USA/Canada Mountain (GMT -7) 8:00 P.M. USA/Canada Central (GMT -6) 9:00 P.M. USA/Canada Eastern (GMT -5) 10:00 P.M. Canada Atlantic (GMT -4) 11:00 P.M. Auckland/Wellington (GMT +12) (Next Day) Its good for Australians, Asians and Americans/Canadians (this is basically the American night time version of Dark Light lunch time events). I posted this so that u guys can have another template to use ~Queen Missy This post has been edited by Queen Missy: Dec 22 2005, 07:10 PM |

No, Sydney is in +10GMT. Im sure, because I was planning events and I posted times for people in Sydney at +10GMT and they were able to attend (back in my old clan I was Event Coordinator)
Also I thought that daylight savings time changes from place to place. For example in some part of Indiana (in USA) there is no DST. But the date that it changes varies from place to place. I think its like a week earlier in the UK. Maybe Im wrong, thats just what my teacher told me. |

Hence they were probably there an hour early. I fixed it, you're teacher's right, for more info on daylight savings time, you can check out my list of Major Cities. U haven't fixed it. The Sydney time is still 7.00AM it should be 8.00AM, believe me i was there a few weeks ago ~Queen Missy |

A crippled monkey would know that Because you dont need to save the daylight at the same time in every part of the world.. (The earth revolves around the sun, you know).. And I like your times alot Missy, It would mean I might actually be able to attend a sal's event for once.. This post has been edited by yErrRokK: Apr 2 2006, 09:00 AM |
