Error 80710102 Is Ruining My Life!, Help me!!!!

Hello all.
I have very bad news.Very very bad news.I love my ps3.I think its my little bundle of bloddy chimera killing joy.BUT,a problem has arrisen.When i first got my PS3 i went online with it.IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!Alas,i tried again next week,nothing.I was given error 80710102,and knew nothing about it.Ever since this,i have been looking for a remedey for this horrible error.Nothing.So i come to you guys,asking,no,BEGGING for help.I have been trying this for 10 MONTHS,SPENDING AT LEAST 2 HOURS A DAY!Help me sals,i know you can do it! And the worst part about it....ive had a taste....i want more..... HELP ME SALS! The very depressed but not emo lobster. P.S. If this is in the wrong forum,move it please. have you tried calling sony for a new ps3 os disk.
before you wipe it backup yor data. Yeah i have war hawk to i was kinda mad when i saw the online multiplayer to i found a way around it though. well sorta. I dont have a router....maybe restoring default settings will work?
