Hello, and welcome to the Omega Faking Group. We are a group that makes all kinds of fakes. The idea was originally thought up by Lord Nihilus.

I'd also like to thank scoobywoohoo for forcing me to see that change is needed and that from now on, we welcome rival faking groups as long as they do not steal our exact format of operation. Oct. 13, 2007I've just now decided that when a Omega topic dies, all positions will be opened. However, past members will have first priority.

May. 05, 2008 Since the old topic died, and we never finished our LAST 2 fakes I have decided that you now need 2 Fakes to join due to the fact that some people only did one fake and were accepted... No offence to the people that did that. Old members MAY repost the fakes they had last time with NO penalty. Also I have added a sample sign up form. Also the tutor system has been back up please see the positions section.

~~~ Rules & Regulations ~~~

In addition to the Sal's Realm Rules we have a few guidelines that our members and guests are requested to follow.

1 - Guests are requested not to steal any ideas posted here. If they do Mods will be informed and asked to close their thread as an infringement of copyright.

2 - This group is only for fun. We cannot trade items to you in RS for helping as that would be violating RS Rules. You will, however receive credit for even the smallest bit of help within this group.

3 - If you request to be trained by one of our instructors please do NOT post questions here. Just PM the designated head of the Instructors.

4 - There is no number 4, lol.

5 - We do not mind anyone commenting on our work in this thread. That's what its there for. Just dont spam or flame us badly.

~~~Description of Jobs~~~

Coordinators-The coordinators help to keep the group running smoothly and guide us over any bumps. They'll help perfect the ideas and process them into fake orders. They must be experienced and recognized for their fakes.

Screenshots Department-All fakes have to start with a screenshot. These people will be in charge of finding a good location for a fake to be modeled in. They'll be the first to start on a fake. They'll pass it to the item creators.

Item Creators-The Item creators will create items for the inventory. If needed, they will also need to transfer it onto the ground well if it's a monster drop. Item creators will also do all of the chat text, yellow and in the chatbox. Then they will pass the fake on to the monster/npc department.

Monster/NPC Designers-The monster/npc designers will design and create any ingame monster or npc used in the fake. They will also do any alterings of the clothing being worn on the person. Another job for the designers wil be to put the player into a position not allowed by the Runescape game and that the screenshot taker could not attain. Then they'll give the fake to the editors.

Editors- Editors are the people who will check the fake after all of the others have one their jobs, baisically the last resort. They are kind of like agents for a book, as they will process ideas and ork with the coordinators to make the idea fake-fitting.

Vetrans: This is a position dedicated to members who got injured and unable to fake!

Ambassadors-Ambassadors are to discuss between faking groups if there is someting wrong they will talk instead to the mad owner.

ANYONE, even out of Omega, may submit a fake Idea.
