$79 for headphone mic? Complete BS. I'm not paying $79 for "superior performance headphones and mic." Again, GF Apple... GF... ~Vincent EDIT: I love Safari not crashing every five seconds Trust me, if you own any apple products, you're going to have to get used to paying (A usually high price) for everything. |

Obviously you missed the bit that said iPhone, the touch you have to pay for. But $10, erm, so what? You can't even buy a pack of lightbulbs for that price.

Some of of us like quality. $2000 MacBook, $300 iPod Touch, $150 Bose headphones, $400+ in extras for my laptop - I like to pay for my quality. I have no problem paying Apple for their products. That's why I use a Mac. Don't turn this into a Mac vs PC debate. *Bcloutier crosses his fingers. ~Bcloutier~ |

Every company does that, from Verizon to a host of other companies. The only reason the Apple ones are more prominent is because they don't have a new product out every week, so they have to have something to keep selling. |

Charging for an update just isn't on. Updates are generally things that you forgot or didn't have time to put on at launch, and fixes to bugs that you made. You don't get to charge for these, you should be paying them if anything. I agree. QUOTE $79 for headphone mic? Complete BS. I'm not paying $79 for "superior performance headphones and mic." Again, GF Apple... GF... ~Vincent Agree with this too. They overprice everything over there ar Apple. Dell ftw |

Apple's technology is SO far behind, but they've created a culture where they're the boss. They get to be behind, but it doesn't matter since the consumer is paying for their products nevertheless. |

Considering the start menu is a core feature of windows computers, I'd say it is pretty major. |

Apple don't keep releasing new products, so instead they simply release new upgrades. |

And that copying and pasting is worth paying for? Come on, get your priorities sorted. |

Guys, if you can't afford to pay less than $10 for a new OS, with a variety of new functions from blue tooth, copy and paste, video downloads and even parental controls, you need to buy 3 less chocolate bars. Seriously, it's absolutely nothing, just like the $29 for Snow Leopard upgrade, you're not going to starve.

Not when your mom is too lazy to have her own iTunes account and borrows all of your money on iTunes for her own songs so she can burn it to her CD's so that you don't have enough money for the update and she doesn't pay you back for several weeks. That was a very long run on sentence just like this one is becoming. ~Vincent |
