Next time can your information be a bit more accurate for example it says "I am" is the shortest complete thought in the English Language where actually in English and Globally it is "No".

No, that's what I would wish for, I could not understand quite a few sentences in the newspaper due to excessive use of misspellings and gramatical flaws along with punctuation mistakes.

However, Cxkslei is poingting out that this quote in "Riddles and Jokes" in the Third installment of the newspaper is wrong:



How you managed to mix what Cxk said about that with misspellings, and gramatical and punctuational flaws is beyond me.

I don't think that No. is a sentence. I thinks its similar to exclamations ("Ouch!"). Maybe not.
