That's how it would work... but it would probably be a bit less happy and preppy.
If you would like to participate in this program just change the title of your topic to include [r.t.f] or [rtf] or something similar.
For example:

If this is a program do I have to sign up or something?
No! You don't have to! All you have to do is just change the topic's name to include [rtf] and you will be part of the Return the favor Exchange! Be a bit patient and the reviews will come in!
What is the advantage to this?
If you want reviews, then this program is perfect for you. You could also just go to another topic which says [rtf] or something similar in it, and leave a review there. A while later, the starter of the thread will see your post and they will review your pixel or graphic, or whatever you made.
Rules
-Be patient. Don't bug the topic starter to review your topic!
-You must include [rtf] or something similar in the Topic Title.
-If someone posts in your [rtf] topic, try to review their topic as soon as possible!
-Don't get angry if someone doesn't review your topic.
