MS-DOS 3.3.

Mine was some obsolete version of DOS. I used to play Reader Rabbit too. The first computer I really "had" was actually Windows 3.1, booted from DOS. The next computer was Windows 95. After that? Windows 98SE. Following that? Windows ME. After that computer died? Windows XP Home 2002.

I'll say Mac OS 6, I guess.
