I noticed people making little clips in there posts, or where the images move. Could anyone explain to me how to do this?

you mean aminated gif's?

Most people use Image Ready, which is a program that comes with photo shop. IT is multiple frames, put into one screen shot, and will seem like it's moving. Others use Camtasia Studio which you can record stuff, like things in RuneScape, and turn them into an animate .GIF. There is a tutorial for this somewhere.

Could I have a link for the tutorial? Where do I download? Does it cost?

imageready doesn't exist anymore.

its now build in with Photoshop cs 3.

you can get that (trail on the adobe site), or something like gif animator.
