is there like some like sorta neat tricks or things u can do on a mac like inverse the colour what else can u apple people do on that mac of urs? like neat tricks and stuff ive read about the HOT corners things and stuff yeah. what other nifty features are there on these macs? do u guys have like a apple equivalent of a CMD?

that invert doesn't come with mac. the hot corners thing is like when you move your cursor to one of the 4 conrners of your screen, you can let it show all windows, show desktop, dashboard or program screen. its kinda handy.

there are tons of cool/useless apps on the net.

they mean cmd as in the "command" button.

so the apple cmd is called the terminal? are the codes different?

I think Apple uses cocoa. Apple doesn't use the registry nor DLL.

you can switch from a Mac to a PC on a Mac using a program called BootCamp

right now you still got to download it, but I think it will come standard with the next version, leopard, which ships in oktober.

When you start it, you can choose to make a partition of your disk, from 3G for windows and the rest for mac, or the other way around. then it lets you burn a disk for the drivers and makes the partition. after that, you just boot with the windows cd and install on the partition.

on startup hold alt (not sure) and choose your platform.

awww i thought if my school comps had it already i could have used it!!! maybe they'll update, who knows!

you can also instll mac os x on windows, but apple is a group of greedy nincompoops, so it violates the EULA cause your only supposed to install mac on a mac

that makes no sense! angry.gif if u get mac os x already on a mac why would they try to sell software copies to non mac hard ware users? scam! angry.gif

yeah mac dosu have hot coners you enale it in system prefences in display.
