I have a website with Office Live at Microsoft, I am transfering to GoDaddy, and I have called microsoft 4 TIMES for my Autorization code. 1) They transfer me to the wrong people 2) I have to tell them my name, phone, email EVERY time they answer 3) They "can't" help me on the phone, I have to go to officelive.com help and look for it on there, THAT DOESNT HAVE WHAT I NEED!!! 4) I just paid $8.18 to get a transfer at godaddy, which cannot continue WITHOUT the autorization code that microsoft WILL NOT give me..
Will a complaint at the BBB (Better Business Bureao) cause any problems with me? What imformation will I have to give them??

Only thing you can do, is keep contacting Microsoft - the BBB can't really do much.

Only thing you can do, is keep contacting Microsoft - the BBB can't really do much.
I screamed at the support person, and said "I've called up here 500 time (probably more) and I want my domain NOW, before I report you guys to ICANN or something" so he FINALLY got me to the right person, and I got it. Now I just gotta wait for the transfer to go through to GoDaddy (5-7days)
