Dunno which one to get.
Namecheap.
I prefer to use a domain service which is not connected to your hosting company. Then it is easier to change hosts.

)Thats for hosting - I haven't used to their domain side of things, so can't comment, but I imagine it would be pretty good. I'd still recommend Namecheap though.

A .com at Namecheap would be $8.88, while at Go Daddy it is $9.99. Go Daddy is no cheaper than anywhere else.

Agreed. With domains, it is more down to preference. Price isn't much of a factor.
