You have to admit, false positives are always funny on a *nix machine.
SideNote: I pretended to be fooled, and I clicked all the links it told me to go to. Scanned my *nix, and laughed, as I am totally uneffected. Lol@security.
PS: If you don't get it, I'll lol again.

Also, people who say linux sucks, because it can't do windows things, I'm running windows (98, xp, or 2003 server, whichever I choose) INSIDE of linux.
The rapeseal
I lulzed.

Virtual PC?

No, that would be too easy. It's called VMWare, with some edits.

I like to stick to my roots. 98 was one of the better operating systems I've used.

Isn't VMware essentially a type of virtual PC?

I have the opposite, WinVis with ubuntu in VMware.

Again ohmy.gif I thought myspace removed them all a few months ago...

It's because you've blocked out the tabs.. I usually do that if I take a screenshot and it accidentally shows something wink.gif

And yes, vmware is a type of virtual PC.

PS: Why oh why has this never happened to me on myspace or any sites... This computer hasn't ever been properly attacked (not when I'm on it anyway)...

I thought you were talkin about VPC... not.. erm..

I know it's a virtual PC, but I thought you ment the software, heh.

That be personal stuff, like my name, and other stuff. Projects and websites that you people shouldn't ever have to worry about. =)

I'm not sure what you're getting at. I purposely left the top and bottom bar to prove I was on my Linux box, and I got that windows in my FireFox browser, and it was pretending to scan my computer for false positives...

EDIT:

Linux is not for new users.. it's not easy like windows, you can't just install an .exe (because linux doesn't recognize .exe) to install a program.. Well actually you can, but .exe don't work. Thats why we enjoy things like sudo apt-get install. Well, my basic point is Linux is harder to use than Windows. Plus windows and linux run on different formats. I think windows is NTFS (or something)

I run two partitions, one is the default for linux, and the other is the one that works with both. (FAT32). I may have messed this up.. I'm still learning partitioning.

I don't see what you mean by "messed up"

One of my favorite things to do with linux is to check out potentially dangerous sites that would kill my windows installs.
