Okay i used spybot search and destroy to delete the keylogger how can i be sure its not there? ALso i just clicked scan and then fix problem. Also would the key logger or cookie tracker be able to make purchases? Because i have membership so would he know my member ship and atm account stuff?

If the Keylogger is still installed on your computer it would be able to track your keystrokes. This would allow someone to track any personal info you type, including bank information.

Next time you want to make sure that the Keylogger is gone make sure to record the location of it. Have Spybot delete the file, and then go to the location of the Keylogger to make sure it no longer exists. If your still uncertain, run the scan again with a different program like Webroot Spy Sweeper.
