You are running an outdated version of Java. Download 6.3 here: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
During installation, you'll be asked if you want to install a google addon. This is not required to run Java so it's up to you. Once it is installed, you are able to uninstall earlier versions of Java that you have on your machine.

This is an error message from Java. It is not related to any malicious programs.
