just wanted to make a poll

my personal favourite is attack it really helped attack from 60-70

my second is strenght as it helped me to but attack helped much more

attack, attack lets you hit more often, and lets you get higer hits too... so i think attack potion is the best

I like the strength potion the best, because I like to hit high.

Strength! For better effect, use at least strength + attack. Overall, I like all three.

Super Anti because otherwise every kalphite task i would be using 100 antis.

I would have to say attack. With strength you will sometimes hit 0's more often, which isn't as beneficial as another hit of even "5". The more you hit them, the faster they go down.

Love those 2, perfect for slayer and Godwars

Defense. I find it useful for all three combat modes (especially when combined with Torag's armor), and it's suprisingly cheap (around 650 each at the grand exchange). A defense potion lasts Me considerably longer than a prayer potion does, which costs almost ten times what a defense potion does. Can't wait until I get 65 herblore.

Attack, they're relatively easy to get or make yourself, and they're great for monsters with a thick skin like dragons.

Personaly I like the Super Restore becuase w/o that I wouldn't have a fire cape =p. but of the three I would pick strength because 105/86 str. is pretty nice
