Slayer isn't a priority of mine. I'll probably train it while getting my other combat skills up, but I want 99 Attack most importantly (85 Str before that), and Slayer isn't the quickest route to do so.

Similar to the boys on South Park, I'm killing Yaks because they are quick experience weak monsters. Lol, funny mistake.

Dude! The boars weren't quick exp! The SP boys trained on boars because they were the only exp!

But i agree its not the fastest way to train but it is still good, as long as you are not picky with tasks you can keep up a fairly good pace of training and you got to look at it in the full picture, it mite be slow but your gaining levels in a whole another skill- that makes up for it in the long run if you ever want slayer.


But you have your plans and i think you will find yourself picking them off bit by bit and theres no doubt that you will accomplish them all soon. keep it up and great job so far

Thanks guys. =) I almost got 85 str and I'll post the pic soon afterwards. Expect it in an hour or so. Then it's off to Barbarian Assault to finish my goals there. Maybe then I'll take a break from Yaks and collect some charms.

Edit: Farming isn't too bad. I kinda like it. Seeds are expensive though.

Good to have you here, and might I reccomend you train that disgusting slayer level for 111 cb so you can make some gud mulah off slayer monsters and not go paranoid with slayer annoyances.

Slayer is ftw, i'm 55 and i'm only 85 cb.

You've got work to do with that skill, it's one of the best ways to make money in all of runescape. It's made some of it's wealthiest sals members.

People like Lakerkobe, Ello pupet0 and 313Smaus313 (Smaus) made 10mil+ with d boots alone when it came out.

Not excluding all the whips they've gotten and other goodies.

It's a skill that you invest in, it is decent cb experience, not like yaks which you slaughter and get massive exp. That's the nub way to maxed out combat skills...

Good luck with att, Hareldry just got 99, you should check out his log and see the 170+ d boots and the couple dark bows he's recieved through slayer !

With the Agility it looks like you're nearing the level most people switch over to the Marim course. Someone on the official Runescape forums said that 63 was the level to switch over based on some convoluted calculations that were probably correct, but I say give in to the base 10 tyranny and switch over to Ape at 65. Until then, levels come fast anyway. If you don't mind dying a lot, the wilderness course is good, or the werewolf course isn't bad as well.

You probably already know that oak larders are the way to go until you hit the Construction level needed for dungeon doors, but in case you didn't.. er... they.. are.

For Farming, don't give into the temptation. Trees are the devil and the devil wants to take all your money. Grow some prettiful ranarrs instead

I recommend getting 85 Slayer after/during your quest for 99 Attack. Abyssal Demons are great for training, and the drops rock

Yes, I will be looking into raising my slayer on the other combat skills after I get to 99 Attack. Money isn't a priority of mine and Slayer isn't a fast way of getting melee experience. I decided to go for exp over gp for Attack, but it'll be different for the other combat skills.


Thank you. I got to level 3 Defender the other day, but I'll save the screen shot for when I get to level 5. I'm finding it difficult to find a good Healer counterpart that knows their role and calls properly. It's slowing me down. Not to mention that Collectors seem to think it's their role to shoot the cannon.

I got a Rune Defender today. It took me 500 tokens to get from Steel to Black, but once I hit Black, I got Mith and Addy within 10 minutes after. Only 30 or so minutes after that is when I got a Rune Defender. Now it's back to Barb Assault. I'll add a drops section to my log later on.

Thank you! I took the weekend off for the most part, but I'm close to a Hitpoints level and will get it in a day or two.

Woot woot. I got 4 Prayer levels today thanks to a good friend of mine allowing me to use his Gilded Altar. The other day, I bought 1k Dragon bones and some Marrentill just for this. He had to go after an hour, but I used up over 500 of those bones. I'll use up the other 500 when I can meet up with him again this evening. That'll put me past my goal of 65 Prayer, and well on my way to 70. I'll change my goal banner from 65 to 70 prayer tonight. Don't expect me to get to 70 Prayer immediately though. I'm low on cash atm and need to merchant for a little while along with Barb Assault and training Attack.

I've been getting a number of private messages from people asking to join me in Barbarian Assault. The answer is yes, just recruit me in game. I play it on world 6, so ask to join up with me there. It's easier to setup a team in game then via private message. Thank you all for your support though and willingness to help me achieve my goal. I hope you all get Fighter Torsos soon, too. =)

Edit: Oh, and I changed my Random Picture. This one is from Recipe for Disaster after I freed all the people and before I took on the Culminomancer. Enjoy.

Edit: After a few hours of break for homework and class, I returned to finish off my 1k Dragon bones. The great news is I past my goal of 65 Prayer by getting to 67, and I even made it to 112 combat. Uploading the pics now, and I need to create a new Prayer goal banner for lvl 70.

Thanks guys. I did get a mining level and a couple summoning levels yesterday. I just haven't had time to upload them, which I'll do now. I did end up buying all 1k Dragon Bones for about 2k each.

It is coming very difficult. I can't seem to find a good team at all. There are always problems with people not calling or knowing how to do their role. This happens a lot more with healers. I'm still plugging away. I need about 300 more Defense points till rank 5 defense, then I need to collect 375 in each role for the Fighter Torso, then another 125 in each for Penance Gloves. This goal is proving to be more of a pain than enjoyable at this point, but I'll get it eventually. Thanks for the support.
