Let the editors post these please. If you feel they are not do anything suggest things for them to post. And try rephrasing it to no put others down. (eg. don't say the number of votes.)

We're still getting the latest news out. This is a good way to communicate with the Sal's Community on what is happening inside the Sal's Newspaper Staff and we should always bring out the latest news.

As for putting others down, I've taken the votes out.

No, announcements from the newspaper are to be public. This includes promotions, major updates, and notifications on if the newspaper is going to be released soon.
