We have a rough outline.


Ok, useing what Entrility said a few months ago, I have returned to ask for a spot in the newspaper.


So first why would you want fakes added?
-Not all fakes are spamful, we are currently lack many fakers, and have about 6 regular fakers of reasonable quailty, we also have about 10 new fakers, who look good and could aspire to new heights. We are currentlyat one of teh best stages the fake forums have been for the last 2 years I have been there.
-Fakes are funny, yes good fakes are funny. the only problem I see is there are quite a lot of inside jokes so they would either need explaining or just not put in.
-Fakes take a lot of skill, but the forum is very rarely visitied because of its bad reputation
Putting fakes in the newspapaer could attract a new audience who actualy post

So why do fakes need a new section?
-The fake forum has its own gossip, so this could be included. For example, a passage from the Darkest on how Omega, the fake clan is gonig could fill in. We could have wiunners of the compettions which were on in the month and we could also have favirote fakes. I would be happy to help organise sorting out fakes and collums
-Graphics is more signitures and pixels, which have no relevance to faking.

So I just hope you consider these points, even if we're not added to the newspaper, please feel free to drop by

We could just put them under graphics if needed.

1. The pixel studio also lacks many pixelers and I haven't seen many join even with the POTM and such
2. A lot of things take skill, not just fakes
3. The clan forum has it's own gossip, but there's no clan section is there?
4. Graphics could include faking considering you're "manipulating an image" into something else

All in all, I feel no need to make an individual faking section.

Well, if your against a new section, graphics collum sounds good, I'll prepare a new arguement. Doom, I would say fakes is a pretty unique place, but thats your choice.

For now I would keep it in Graphics Colum, because like you said you only have 6 regular fakers, and it takes a few people to run a section of the newspaper, if you have it in the Graphics Colum, atleast it can start and maybe attract a few people and then if it gets off, get its own section.

If you would like, we could write an article up about fakes for the graphics section for this next article.

Pixel Studio is a unique place as well, too bad it's only got a few people who do it regularly.

If we truly need it, Graphic would seem fine because it's not big enough to get it's own section in my opinion.

Well all you jounalists seem to want to right an article, maybe a bit on Omega (the group) so an interview with the darkest, a few fakes from this month and a few fakes from the pst which jsut look good, I can help get past fakes if you want. (they won't all be mine)

I agree with this. Some fakers (including myself) spend a lot of time making great fakes to only have a few people who visit the Fakes section read them. This could quite possibly give fakers more publicity which is what they deserve. You may even be able to get tips of making a fake to put into the newspaper (I would be happy to show you my steps in making a fake for a newspaper article).

I talked with Easl about this a bit back. I'm definately behind this. Too many fakes go unnoticed in the fakes section, except by the new members who just don't know what a real fake is (That excludes a select few. Some new members have had skillz )

I agree, the Fakes Forum is going pretty dead...the war is fading...I haven't seen any fakes in a while, Omega abandoned the Dungeon project.
