I've heard a lot of people talking about if it's legal or not. I don't even know what it is though. anyone know?

It's basically a download that lets you play rs in a non-internet window, and on the sides it has stuff like an irc client, hiscores look-up, price look-up, and other stuff.

Google is a wonderful tool.
It's been superseded by SwiftKit mind you, which is the 'new' version, as the first link on Google would tell you if you bothered to look. It's all within RS laws, as Fencefry said.

I did look, actually. Some people are from the UK and use google.co.uk. Some things said switch was better, others said kit. but thanks anyway
