I was wondering if in the next SalCast you could just talk for a bit about whatever you are reading about rather than reading purely from a script

I don't think a script works. Just a list of what it is to be discussed would work better in my opinion. It would make it much more interesting in my opinion, sure there might be some mistakes but that adds to the realism.

Basically, I am saying making it more like a rolling news channel where there is no script and the presenters just follow a list of news stories; rather than the presenters following an autocue (script) which is basically what you do now.

To sum up, make it more of a talk show.

I agree but I also think that there should be some things written down which they read and then discuss afterwards. But generally I agree with you

i know from experiance scripts don't work to well,
perhaps revising a few lines and having notes to remind yourself would
help the SalCast.

Point well taken smile.gif After thought, the Script Writer spot isn't correct. It is the person that compiles the information. They look through the topics to spotlight, write interview questions, and so on. The next SalCast will be much more "free-flowing" and not following an exact script. It's still a learningcurve for me, I've never done a radio show before ^^.

Sounds good. I'd say 'Pre-Production Manager' would be a good job title. cute.png

Good Idea, If you will be reading from a script you might as well just put the script in the newspaper.
