jk. what type of antivirus protection do you have? you might need to turn it off, or allow runescape. another thing is you might need to enable java, how long have you been playing? if you've been playing for a while and this happened, you might want to try making sure that you haven't downloaded or installed anything weird lately.

This has been happening on the Australian worlds. This has happened a few times to me. I just press Alt + <- and it works for me fine.

This goes in Tech Support. Try changing some settings in your firewall, if you post the firewall name I could help.
