Right, nobody replied last time, so I'll make it more complicated.

Question is in title.

Don't create multiple topics asking the same question.

When it comes to cropping a video the video size is set by its resolution when you go to encode it you should have an option to set which resolution you want the video to be displayed in.

What is the file format of the video you are trying to crop?

I'm using CamStudio and Windows movie maker.

Clip type is .avi.

Isn't there an adobe product that you can do it in?

I'll try to find it.

I think this is it. I've seen some videos where they add in stuff, and I believe this is the program to do it with. slanty.gif

Most likely, but Adobe products are very expensive. cute.png

Pfft, a mere $800. rolleyes.gif

I've never understood why they're so expensive. huh.gif

Still, it is the only product I know of that can do it. slanty.gif

Its too little good and free video editting programs in the world today.
If you find a frame editor, it will take days... (for a long video)

Because they're industry-standard. As Adobe figures it--the vast majority of Photoshop and Premiere licenses are pirated. However, with the widespread piracy, comes brand recognition and its place as a consumer and an industry standard. They make all their money off of businesses and schools--and they make tons of it. Last study I saw said that between 75% and 85% of Adobe's Photoshop program, Premiere program, and suites are pirated. They're not exactly objecting either--as they've not beefed up activation security. Really--being able to click "Register Never" sort of makes it very easy, as well as its availability on P2P networks.

Meh, the thing is. I used CamStudio and cut off the wrong bit, accidently leaving my RS name in.

I'll try the trial.
