Can someone use the IP address you see when you login on RuneScape to hack you. It is one of the biggest rumours and whenever I take a screenshot of that screen I always hide my IP on paint incase my PC gets hijacked. But I am not sure.
No, that's not possible. The IP doesn't affect your login details, to gain access to a RS account you need the username and password, nothing else will help anyone gain access to your account.

It's impossible. That's just you "location" and you can't access your computer by you "location".
If you're worried, you can change your ip address.
