Well, I was thinking, maybe we could have the SalCast as a ITunes audio podcast?

The title would be something like: The Runescape SalCast.

I'm not sure Apple (or whoever runs iTunes) would add a podcast from a site that no one has heard of.

Ive looked into this, and it is do-able. What we have to do is construct a RSS feed with certain parameters.

Why would anyone want to pay to get it on their iPod when they can just listen to it for free on the computer?

Does it cost to put it on iTunes?

I believe it is required to have a podcast each month, which we don't right now.

Everything is free, to put it up, and to download.

Uploading to ITunes is totally free. Also, have you heard of Runecast? They post like once every 2 months and theyre still online. It's free to listen to on ITunes, too.

I don't know then, I am just going on what was said before.

Obviously we are talking about two different things. We're not talking about where you go to the iTunes store and purchase the podcast? You can just download it?

I just looked at iTunes, and saw that you can just get the episodes of the podcast for free. Is it like that for every podcast? (Sorry, I don't look at the podcast section very often ) And before we do it, I suggest we ask the Sals community if they would actually use it.

Well I'm betting atleast half the slammers have iTunes

And podcasts can be free, but don't have to.
