have i was messin with some vids etc and i found that u can have a moving desktop wallpaper!
is there i way i can do this wwithout my computer slowing down aaaalllllllloooootttttt

Maybe just save a bunch of pictures as .gif and make them transition slower?

Your avatar is a .gif. It's composed of lots of picture/frames put together to make one single moving image.

My friend had a tiled Peter Griffin (the one where he bangs his knee or whatever) moving GIF wallpaper. Slowed it down a lot, but he got it changed to a still one.

Looked really weird.

I can use my screensaver as my wallpaper. Pretty cool, it doesn't even slow down my computer.

Well I'm on a Mac, but you need some 3rd party application for it.
