I have made an example list to help in explaining my problem. I have created a list of scores and want excel to take the top 5 scores and put them in a separate list. However, some of the total scores are equal. In this case I want excel to count the equal scores as the same rank. The other problem I am having is whether or not to use vlookup or an advanced filter to sort the list.

So, if you followed me through my desperate attempt in explaining my dilemma please help!
