I suggested this from the very start.
Best way I can think of is to use Skype to communicate and then record from it which could be done through Audacity. Certain progams could be used to do any editing.
This method means very little time is needed to produce it, a couple of hours at most.
What I was thinking was we use a Shoutcast server, and embed the player on the website, instead of using Skype to communicate completely.
I suggested that YEARS ago, but to Hexias.
I can't see the point of using Shoutcast, remember Salcast is a podcast not a live radio.
I said in the original podcast suggestion topic that Skype should be used but people just said shunned it.

@ Unknown, Desireful, Entrility:
It's quote on quote "live", I'm pretty sure that you can still edit the recording after you guys are done.

So to sum up, you basically record a phone call on Skype with all the hosts in the conversation talking with each other like a radio show. Then you edit the recording, turn into MP3 and upload to the internet.

The podcast that I got this idea from uses Skype, so it'd be quite interesting if the Salcast team uses Skype too.

Same.
