The X5 Portal v2.0 will work only on firmwares 2.0 though 2.71 via the official web browser.
=\ I have 3.71 or something similar. It's so annoying, there's loads of stuff out there that I want to use on my psp (this, scummvm, many games) but I don't have the right firmware sad.gif

X5 Portal will work on any official firmware from 2.0 and beyond because you only need the web browser to use it.
Fedora

PSP portals are terrible, Why should you make some browser based look alike, when using CFW you can actually *run* Windows98 on your PSP?

I wonder how safe it is... As in viruses. I trust Apple, but have they approved the X5 Portal? Not Leopard.

Yay! I loved the Mac os X portal version, and now their making Leapord! I'm literally jumping for joy right now. This is great now I can have my own portable mac for the car since my iPhone Says it runs mac os x but if it did, ther would be finder, flash and download capabilities.... But there isn't tongue.gif.

I'm pretty sure its safe. Its a pretty popular homebrew app for the psp.

That said I'd wait a week or 2 after release and check around just to be sure. If there is a virus there will be stuff out there telling people about it.
