Well that's the Internet Service I use and the Motorola Modem that I have; and what my problem seems to be is my DSL cable - the cable that connects from the modem to your phone jack/outlet. The lights on the modem indicate that..I mean my Internet works on and off only if I power off everything and turn everything back on and etc. etc. I'm thinkin' about callin' in some AT&T Yahoo! Tech Support so they can have a look in on the wiring and everything. Would it be my wiring though? Because also sometimes when I try to sign into Msn Messenger let's say I Troubleshoot the problem and I get a DNS (Domain Name Server) problem and it says it's unable to resolve IP Address..so that's like two things wrong with my connection. :\

I dunno much since the help.me sites at AT&T Yahoo! don't help.. o.O

There should be a filter inbetween the special phone line and the jack in the wall. In fact there should be a filter on every phone in your house because of that. Now on your modem are all of your lights green? Also if you do a total reset not just a power cycle do conditions improve? You can always try to set a DNS server yourself on your computer and see if it resolves a problem.

Is it plugged into a surge protector? that could be the problem, something might be overloading it causing it to power on and off erratically
If it has a light, watch for an erratic pattern in the light turning on and off
Otherwise, the problem is the you have a faulty DNS cable slanty.gif

Try and unplug EVERY thing you can... blow in it... put it back in. Wait a while, then check if the lights are green... then call Comcast and get High Speed Interent xd.gif

Actually, you should call them after you blow in them.
