Ok for the few days i havent been able to log onto runescape lately and i need to lvl up my skiller heres what happens when i try to log in.

ill get to the world and detail select and when i go to the log in screen this happens:





Ive tried everyone of those and i still can't log in... help plz??

Clear your cache. In firefox go to tools > clear private data > select cache and clear it.

If you're using internet explorer, the only way I know how is to download CCleaner.

CCleaner.

Make sure everything for IE is selected > analyze > then clear (something like that).

did that downloaded it and crap ran it and same thing it didnt work redmonke (or someone else) help!!

Have you done as it's suggested and download the client?

Try the bottom-right box, use unsigned app

Maybe make sure nobody put a password lock the the jagex cache file?

ya i downloaded the the client like it said still didnt work and im 100% sure that the cache isnt pass protected
