Are banned members from Sal's allowed in the chat?
I just want to know.

The chat is separate from the forum in terms of bans and warns. The majority of users banned on the forums are allowed on the chat, but there are a few who are banned on both, if I recall correctly.

Ok, thanks.
Who would be the ones that are banned both in the chat and on the forums?

Because they have earned themselves a ban on both the chat and forums.

I've got a personal list of people I kick on sight, dunno if anyone else does. People can't really be banned from the chat because of Sal's inactivity IRS, dunno if theres an official list of who's banned and who's not.

We went over this already. All of the chat moderators live in a treehouse and the list of suspensions is written on my right wrist and the list of who's banned is written on hawk's left wrist, the people we are considering suspending are on sleepy's legs and that's how we check.
Technically I think the list shouldn't be given out for certain reasons so if you have a person you question about it pm a chat moderator.

I think it should depend on the reason, if it was like luring ppl to links, i don't think they should and if it was for spamming, i'd think they'd be ignored.
What if they never used the account?

I'm sure you remember Elmo from way back when.
