Is there a way to download Powerpoint? I don't have one in my computer, and I was wondering if there is one way to download it...

I googled "Powerpoint download," and I only downloaded Powerpoint Viewer. What is that? It is a program that allows you to view the currently made Powerpoint projects...

But, it was worthless, and I though you can download it for free...

EDIT: Oh, you mean PowerPoint itself. I don't think you can download it. It must've come with your computer.

If you're looking to purchase Powerpoint, I'd suggest you get it packaged with Word and Excel which are both helpful programs although I'm sure you could purchase it separately if you want.

Powerpoint viewer is a program that allows you to view Powerpoint presentations but not create or edit them.

If you'd like a free and well recommended solution, you should consider OpenOffice.Org. It allows you to work with Microsoft Office files so that's really neat, and it's completely free too. It will take a bit of getting used to though if you typically use Microsoft Office.
