i want do signatures or just to try out my adobe photoshop skills.

but i don't know where to get the program for free or if it's the right program to use.

i have knowledge on the program, also on adobe illustrator.

if anybody is willing to help, i would admire you so much

Adobe Photoshop has a free trial, but you need to pay hundreds of dollars to get the full version.

If you get it for free, that's illegal. (unless someone purchased it, then gives it to you)
Just download the trial... (which you should check the Adobe website for)
If you're a student, I guess, you can purchase it off JourneyEd.

That's how I got mine. A gift.. a friend quit graphics once he graduated so he just gave all the CDs and the keys and everything.
