Is MouseKeys a program legal for RuneScape?

I don't see why not, it is another way of inputing the cursor commands, just like a touchpad or mouse.

It's not illegal, but best not to tell anybody in RuneScape that you use Mousekeys, people will report you for anything and since Jagex never even look at reports any more before you know it you'll be banned

its not, i use it all the time because it makes things easier
