When you click on the "Information" circle next to a podcast, you would usually see a rundown on what to expect in that podcast. For example, when I listen to a Harry Potter podcast, in that description they would list all the things that they will be discussing. And as for the SalCast, I would think that the same needs to be done too. Currently, the description is "blah blah blah featuring the entire SalCast team." So, I am suggesting for the crew to replace that with rundowns on what each episode is about.

Maybe even a time table, when each topic starts and ends?

That would be nice, although it's not necessary. I do skip certain parts anyways.
