You can create a desktop icon for a website.

You can download each page individually if you wanted to: File > Save/Save As, or right-click on the link and click on Save link/Save link as.

surfoffline.com is a good website for that.

Except downloading a whole website would normally take a long time.

You could do it except for the forums which aren't able to work offline.
