I am making a comic which requires similar style brushes for photoshop. However, I haven't found any.

Just use the basic brushes. Those work fine right?

Are you drawing or looking for a set of like arms, faces, etc.? Pen tool is what you would use for drawing though.

Tried that. But they don't look right at all
