The early days:

Sometime in December 2006, I asked my friends if they ever played WoW, since I had played it for the first time at my uncles a few days earlier when I went on a trip to a nearby city and stayed two nights at his house.. I can't remember what they had said, but I remember I asked if there were any other good online games such as WoW. They said I should try Maple Story, which I found out I could not download for some weird technical problem. After talking to them again, they suggested I try RuneScape. This was better for me too, because both the people I talked to both played themselves.

I made an account then, and started on the "amazingly hard" Tutorial and somehow got lost and stopped playing for a few days and decided I'd ask my friends what to do the next day. We then got a snow storm, and most of my friends didn't show up at school the next few days(Since buses don't take people to schools when there was a snow storm and the roads are filled with snow/ice). So, I tried to figure it out on my own for a bit, and eventually just gave up. A little later, my friends started showing up again and but then I lost Interest for a few days due to more technical problems..

About a week later, I decided to try once again and figured it out this time. After the horrible and tedious trek of beating Tutorial Island, I joined my friends and began training to get better than one of my friends "impressive" 8 and 11 Combat. xD

We all met up once a day, and everyday I got closer to beating them in combat. By the time I made it passed them, we were all about 16 combat.

Other memories from the good ol' days:

My first day in RuneScape, I was Woodcutting and trying to figure out how everything works, when some guy came up to me and asked if I was new. I said yes, and he asked me to trade him. I did so, and he gave me about 1k in cash in items. Lucky me. I was so happy and thanked him a few times and he left to go on other business.

A few days later, I killed Goblins in front of the Al Kharid toll gate, trying to collect another 10 Gp so I could explore more into the desert with one of the two people that convinced me to come exploring with him. After that, we got brutally attacked/killed by the Scorpion slightly south of Al Kharid. xD

That same day, I remember traveling north to find this strange city called "Varrock" and was talking to the other guy that convinced me to play. I them promised him I'd get level 100 in all stats. He then laughed at me and said you could only get 99 in everything. I then said I'd get that instead hehe.

I went behind the Lumbridge castle, and killed goblins for a few hours until I almost died. Then I went to kill a higher level goblin just for the lulz, and surprisingly defeated it. I then tried to kill another level 3 goblin, then got killed. I was extremely worried all your stats went to "1" again when you died. Thankfully, I was wrong.

A few weeks after, I went to the Monestry to train on Monks after finding out all on my own how good these things could be to train on. I then met one of my best friends for the first time. When we met, we randomly talked about things and he never added me. A few days later, we randomly met again, and this time he decided to add me.

First days of membership:

In the summer, sometime in June, I decided I should get membership. First thing I did was some quests, the best I remember was Witches House, which was awesome. Then I went on my mission to get a Whip. I mined Pure Essence for days and days, which Sals chat kept me busy most the time, and made time fly by pretty quickly.

That's another thing. Just about a little while after Sals chat came, I joined that and started using it quite a bit. Then I joined a small clan known as "The Forces of Hell", and I used that chat quite a bit as well. The Forces of Hell are unfortunately broken up now.

Over all, I used most my summer on members to do random things and just have fun, and I played at Castle Wars at least once a day.

End of summer 07, to now

At the end of summer 07, I gave up my members and decided to leave it again till next year or so. I then quit playing RuneScape for about 1-2 months, can't remember exactly how long or for what reason, but I simply quit. After awhile I missed playing and decided to start again.

On Augest 29th 2008, I finally achieved a Quest Cape for the first time and wore it with pride, to which I still wear it a lot even today.

Then on September 20th, I got my first skill cape and had a party and got 99 Cooking.

On September 9th, I got an invitation to become a chat mod for Sals, and accepted.

On April 11th I got 99 Magic and 99 Fletching.

On June 1st I quit Runescape for awhile as I was moving and doing other such things. I came back around November 5th.

On November 8th I lost Membership for the first time in years.
