15/41/5 refers to a popular PvE Rogue build in WoW, Called Combat Daggers. Combat Daggers is a PvE build for high raid damage. It depends on Backstab and maintaining Slice and Dice to do most of its damage. Before the Burning Crusade expansion it was the highest damage build available, but currently is roughly equal to Combat Swords/Fists. Due to the nature of Combat Potency, overall regen is largely determined by the quality and speed of your offhand dagger 1.3-1.5

o.O I used Combat Daggers on Wowscape
A WoW based kit sounds like a fun idea
Dosnt the Onslaught armour need splitting up though appost to being put together.

yes it does.
i'll fix it up when i next update the kit, or when i get some more done.
and i use combat daggers for about 15 minutes, then i switched back to my Ambush Spike.

It looks somewhat similar to a kit I believe was named the Ninja Kit, but this kit is still great. Good luck on it
