How do you record from the computer, do you use something like "Hypercam", and if so, where do I find it??

It's in the right place I think and you were correct by saying use something like HyperCam.

I find Hypercam to be better than CamStudio, but as for the third I've never tried it before and so can't pass my judgement.

Get camstudio. Hypercam has that uglyrific white box

mhm but they both get the job done. The white box and be removed if you purchase the product (but of course, who would spend their money on something like that )
