I have never heard of one.

Though if you use a kit such as Swiftkit, if you take a picture using there 'Take a Screenshot' button, it'll just be the game screen, no cropping needed.

I've never heard of one, but why cant you just crop after you have pasted it into one of the many image programs. It takes about 20 seconds maximum.

You can choose what section with Hypercam, which does photos as well as vidoes.

once downloaded, right click the icon on your taskbar and hit properties. From there, click on source and select "Client Window".

this will only take a picture of the java client runescape is running in so no need to crop anymore!

With Mac's if you hit Command Shift 4 you get to choose which part of the screen to crop. As for Windows, I have no idea but cropping takes like 5 seconds anyway...
