The title explains it all, I've had a Macbook for a while but I really can't get used to Pixen or Painbrush or anything like that. I was wondering are there any good programs that could help me use paint. Another problem is that if I want to crop a picture, I would have to press Command+Shift+4 which is a hassle when trying to get a fast pic, so I was wondering is there a Print Screen option on a Mac keyboard that anybody knows about?

Since Paintbrush is the clone of MS Paint for Macs, it's probably the best you'll find. I looked at a few screenshots of the program, and it doesn't seem too bad.

Alternatively, there's a program called Doozla which looks a lot like Paint. You could try it out and see how that works.

As for getting the actual MS Paint program on a Mac, you can do it, but only if you have Mac OS X. You would need to download and install WINE and then use it to operate Paint, which can be downloaded here.
