Is it legal to Sal's to right click on the mp3 link and load it to your iPod?

Yes of course, you can download, copy, burn ect. the SalCast as many times as you want as long as you dont pass it off as your own.

The SalCast is also up on iTunes, which makes it easier to get on your iPod.
