I just wanna know how to animate some pics and post them because...
WMM is fail, it always ends up really bad quality.
If you have all the seperate pictures for it, then I would suggest going to www.iaza.com where you can upload all your pictures together as an animated gif.

Go to tinypic.com, they're an image hoster, upload the animated fake there, and copy the link they give you, and just paste it into a post or signature.

You are supposed to get a link. You then copy the link, and paste it into a post, adding image tags if necessary (I dont know much about tinypic).
windows movie maker? unfortuanly you cant make that into a picture. you could upload it to youtube and show it to us like that. but other than that no. you cant make it into an animated picture.
Why do ANYTHING with windows movie maker? Really? Youtube nothing. I used it for a while and I was all... Wow... No thanks stupid microsoft.

You could upload it to youtube, download the youtube file, saving as an AMI or whatever, then converting to a GIF.
