So, what do you think about sueing EA for their invasive DRM and anti-piracy measures, which, I've heard, can seriously up your computer? Do you think anyone can sue them?

Yeah a group of people sued them a while back.... not sure what the result was. Also i'm pretty sure stanford university is investigating DRM laws.
As it stands now, there being more implicit in the EULA what the DRM does.

Get a good lawyer team and settle on a contingent fee. Say, 60% of the settlement. Any good contract attorney should be able to pick apart the EULA and the stupidity of having you accept the license after you purchased the software. In a case like that, you could sue the retailer as well if they refuse to take back the opened package. See where I'm going with this? You can get them on several civil charges so long as you have a good team that's willing to work on contingent fee.
