Rate please.

It's pretty good, some flaws though.
-Eyes, yes you had the right idea, but the proportions are off.
-The hair, say the hair is on the scalp, then some would be chopped off there.

But, no ones perfect Great work mate! Except the more I look at the hair proportions the more I think I'm wrong

I drew it from a photo of my girlfriend so its all the same proportions as the photo. Except of course the hair isnt fine like in a photo.

The top right hand corner hair always makes me muddled up if its right or not
It just looks a tad pressed down

The Smile looks a little weird but it's still great.

True. You girlfriend's eyes are big That's one flaw there. And the smile looks weird but that's about it. -1 for both of those, therefore 8/10.
