Not that I dislike Aflac, but whenever that advert banner advertises Aflac, it creates terrible lag for my browser. Has anybody been having problems with that advert?

It would be best if you screenshot the advert, find out the link, and send it to Salmoneus. I don't recall seeing an Aflac advert, but I understand how annoying it can be when they interfere with your web browsing. In an earlier comment, he asked that you PM him about Adbrite ads instead of using the Report an Advert page.
